I just wanted to say thank you so much for your hard work on the 10th when I called. It saved the day! I had put my request in on the 6th and was told they would be picking the car up shortly. I talked to someone on the 9th that said they would email me shortly with a trucking company. The next day when I never got an email I called Lorraine. I explained how I needed the car here before the 13th because it was a wedding gift. Lorraine took it upon herself to make sure that this got done ASAP. Within 30 minutes I got a call from Justin who said that he had located a truck and was going to be able to pick the car up in an hour. One day later we have the car delivered and in great shape.
