there was some confusion of how the car was going to be picked up. we were given 2 dates and i thought they would just show up at our address. so i called and was told the car mover guy would calll first, that was a relief because we were at a different address the second day. the pickup went smoothly. we were called 3 days after the pickup (on september 3) and told the car was ready for pick up. i explained that we did not request a pickup date of september 3, i had told the carrier/contact person that the LATEST day for pickup from mississippi was september 3, because that was the day we were leaving mississippi. i told them when we expected to arrive in california and where, i was told that there home office was in morena valley, very close to palm springs where we were first staying when we got to california. so they offered to delliver it to our hotel when we get in town. that went find. it would have been nice if we would have been told ahead of time that we were going to have to pay in cash at time of pickup.

Customer is confused. She did not pay the transport fee at pickup. She paid on delivery, as stated on the contract. Our contract clearly states the COD paid at delivery must be in cash or certified funds.
