                        Mr. Maione had no less than 7 email and phone interactions with both our dispatch and customer service departments.   His COD was $337 and it was suggested that he increase it to $400.  He refused to increase the COD, as was his right to do, though he did agree to extend his dates.  Ultimately, we did not locate a transport company for his shipment, therefore, he was never charged any fees.  Anyone who has shipped cars knows the value of increasing the COD a small amount.  That we did not locate a carrier does not mean that we provided no service.
