Stay as far away from these NJ crooks as you can!!!
I paid additional for specific pick up and drop off dates that per Nick, AA Automovers would accommodate. On the contract when i received it this was not noted, so i crossed out their standard language and edited to what we had agreed to and then faxed for processing. AA Automovers accepted the changes and processed my request to move my vehicles.

When the transport carrier called, there was again date ranges and no communication regarding the additional fee paid and the specified dates for pick up the the drop off after specified date.

Upon calling AA Automovers back to inquire, customer service was a dead end, Jeanene who i was told is the highest person i can talk to, tried to bully and push me into submission stating i'd lose my deposit... for AA Automovers not meeting the agreed contract terms? ... NJ CROOKS... STAY AWAY.. that is customer service! at its best.

Upon calling more extension because no one except sales works beyond 5pm, I was finally able to get a nice gentleman who indicated this was typical and they'd make no steps to take care of what was promised. He essentially recommended finding another mode of transportation as they wouldnt back their agreement or get it scheduled.

I got transferred to Neil (talked to earlier in the day and he said "good luck") and again he was unwilling to help and pretty much said good luck, you got nothing and hung up.

Nick, my original sales person, states he is working it out and had contacted the carrier, after calling the carrier they noted that no one from AA Automovers had called to follow up.

Their website notes honesty, blah blah blah... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ... Be warned if you do, the outcome is on your shoulders, they are dishonest intentionally looking to take your money and not deliver. The transporters laughed when i discussed the trouble as if it was typical for AA Automovers to be so dishonest and irresponsible.

Mr. Sovie did not adhere to the Terms and instructions which were disclosed to him prior to the booking and to which he agreed. His statements are without merit.
