They called my grandparent in-laws the night before they picked up the car to let them know they would be there the next morning and when I called 5 days later to see when it would arrive, they told me the time it would be next day and it was there probably about 30 minutes later than they said but it got there and that was all that mattered. My car was very dirty compared to how I left it, but considering the almost 2000 mile trip it had been through, I understood. There were no scratches or dents and that's what really mattered to me. I'm not sure if I will ever need to use car movers again, but I would most likely consider them again.
