They will atempt only once with a 2 or 3 hrs noticed, if the person who owns the vehicle is not available during that time period you will automatically lose your $175.00 deposit and they will not attempt another delivery until you paid another $175.00. My beef is they should attempt more or given more time to the person who owns the vehicle to prepare for pickup.

The customer was notified on 11/09 by email that his vehicle was assigned and pickup was scheduled for 11/10 - he received a day's notice, not 2 or 3 hours as he claims. The person releasing the vehicle did not want to release it until 11/11. The transport company could not wait a day, but did offer to pick it up on the next trip.
