Before we had our vehicle shipped, I read a lot of terrible reviews about movers and the unreliable estimates on pick-up and delivery dates. But, these guys were great! They answered all my questions without any pressure. I had never used an auto carrier before and they made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. They gave me estimated dates for my pick-up and delivery which they then beat with their actual performance. I had a friend meet them to pick up the vehicle and they were withing 30 minutes of their estimated arrival. Their carrier was very careful with our vehicle during loading and unloading. The carrier gave us ample notice of their arrival time so that we could be prepared to meet them and inspect the vehicle; absolutely no damage, nothing even moved inside the vehicle. The whole process was much easier than I ever expected.
