We located a transport company to pick up Mr. Herbert's vehicle within the order dates. Documentation from the transport company shows that when they tried to arrange for pick up of the vehicle, they learned that the vehicle was not available - it was in the shop. He missed the truck. According to the terms of the contract signed by the customer, once dispatched, our fee is nonrefundable and should the customer not allow the pick up to occur, the deposit (our fee) is forfeited. We completed our service to this customer and the transport company tried to do its job -- the vehicle was not available for transport.
