This was the worst auto move that I have encountered. First of all I was given a round about date for my vehicle to be picked up and my vehicle was picked up a week early. Also, my car was delivered to Arlington Washington and the person that I had to receive it was notified 2 hours before delivery. This was a unconvenience on her, she had to take off work early to be at home to pick up my vehicle. It was really hard to understand the people that were handling my auto transport. I will never use this company again and I will also tell other military personnel not to use them. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE

We appreciate that the customer took time to post a review; we are sorry that it is so inaccurate. We checked with the transport company that shipped the vehicle. They said it was picked up on 6/5 and delivered on 6/11 with plenty of advanced notice and no problems with the shipment. Ms. Warner approved the pickup schedule of 6/3 through 6/12 so her vehicle was not picked up a week early.
