They were excellent. The only issue we had was at pick-up. Our car had a wheelchair carrier on the back (it was in fold-up position), and the carrier wasn't able to transport with it on. I didn't even think to mention it when ordering. We had to take it off there on the parking lot next to the transport truck before it could be loaded. The driver was very helpful in getting it off and putting it inside. It could have been a disaster, but all worked out well and we were very pleased with the service. Our car was delivered right to our door in CA on the day promised. When we return to MD in the next year or so, we'll definitely call on AA Auto Transporters again!
