On 1/9 Greg’s shipment was dispatched to his carrier for pickup 1/10-14, as contracted.
He was notified by email and phone. On 1/13 (in response to his email to his sales associate) our customer service representative called him. She left a message for him, asked him to call her and left her phone extension in the message. She did not hear back from him. His pickup was delayed due to bad weather. He agreed when he signed our Terms to not hold us responsible for driver delays or acts of God. His delivery was on time. This certainly does not translate to Greg’s dramatic label of “no service” or “did nothing to fulfill the promise”. Our service was flawless and the carrier's pickup was delayed by Mother Nature, which did not delay his delivery.
