i was told my car would be shipped within the next 5 days. after 2 weeks and no word from the company i called, really hard to get a hold of someone who knew what to do. i renewed the contract and upped the price, still no shipment no communication. when i contacted the company this time they were very rude and unhelpful. don't use these guys if you want your vehicle to be shipped.

Mr. Bain fails to mention that his drop location was Durango, Colorado – located in a valley between the Rockies and one of the toughest places for a driver to get to. We tried our best and offered to reduce our fee so that $100 more could be added to the COD to attract a driver. The customer wouldn’t extend. We didn’t locate a carrier and did not charge anything to the customer for all of the work that we did. So how is this shady?
