AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Lacking completely in Honesty, integrity and customer care

Do not use this company. I have NEVER seen such a dishonest, lying and deceitful organization. They promised a pick up date knowing my time constrates. and then continued to lie to me everytime I had to call. The carrier company that they contracted with to move my car told me on the day they were to pick the car up they could not move the car in that the time frame AA Automovers had gaurunteed me it would be moved in. Yet when I tried to cancel they insisted they would charge me if I canceled within the six days on the contract. Even on the last day of the contracted period knowing the carrier could still not pick the car up for several more days they were insisting that if I tried to cancel they would charge me. Their contract was so vague and open to any interpretation. it was impossible to know what datesthe contract was enforcable from. Their customer service representative spoke in circles deliberately. when I asked him to email me the cancelation policy he emailed me something stating I was cancelling before the contract ended and asked me to agree to be charged $100. I emailed again asking him to email me the cancelation policy after the contract dates had passed. He did not send it even after I phoned him again. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY, THESE GUYS ARE as dishonest and deceitful as they come
