Customer Scott Hooten's car was dispatched to a driver and scheduled for pick up the next day. When the driver arrived, customer refused to release car to driver because he said other brokers kept calling him and telling him that there company could do it at a much cheaper price than our price. We explained to him that we all use the same drivers and same trucks but he still decided to refuse the truck and driver.
