I requested enclosed carrier service of a vintage vehicle from Nebraska to Nevada. Received reasonable quote. Accepted quote and service and paid $299 deposit. After several calls to the company they scheduled different pick ups and transportation, but all fell through. After waiting for more than two weeks, I began pushing the company to schedule and follow through or I was going to cancel the service. I waited from August 25 to September 15 with no service. I told the company to cancel the service. As a last minute, last ditch effort they told me they could have an OPEN carrier pick up my vehicle that day. I refused the service because this is not what I wanted or what they had quoted. I requested a refund of my deposit and All Star Direct Auto Shipping refused to refund the deposit even though they had not provided the service. They would not return phone calls, would not respond to e-mails, and even hung up after barking "no refunds."
