the customer representative were very helpful and patient with us. We had some issues as far as having the cars ready for pick up and not being able to be in arrival destination on time. The arranged everything so we could have the cars picked up at a different date and helped us with the transportation company to hold the cars for a few days until we were able to get them. I would use this company again when shipping vehicles.
