The contact person was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the shipping process. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. I was given the driver information and was able to stay in contact with them from point to point. I also liked the fact that the company is registered with BBB and the drivers are licensed and bonded. I would defiantly use their service again.
