I spoke with Jon who patiently walked me through what to expect, timing, costs, etc. . . He was patient, straight-shooter and very respectful. he took my information and actually called me almost every day to let me know what was going on with my price point. he didn't give me any ridiculous promises, but just assured me to be patient.
Dave delivered the car with no complaints at all. He called me when he was in NO, Dallas, and even right outside Houston to let me know he was heading my way. He actually answered his phone whenever i called also. . Pretty impressive overall and very straightforward.
If you're looking for a good company, go wit these guys, especially if you're not familiar with the process and nervous about anything. I can go on and on but great customer service. I don't plan of shipping another car across the country but i would have used them again in a heartbeat, no doubt.
