Far above my expectations! After reading many industry wide reviews, I was expecting the worse shipping my disabled car from one repair facility to another without my presence at either. What I got was an honest, pleasant experience. There was no pressure, just straight forward explanation of the process and frank honest answers to my questions. The price was at the low end of the estimates I received. I could not be at the delivery destination to pay the driver which presented a problem with most other brokers I spoke with. Not so for Jon at A1 Logistics Services. I definitely would use him again and he comes with my highest recommendation.
