I had a vehicle picked up at a dealership that was located approx. 6 hours away from the final destination. A-1 picked up the vehicle on the first of Sept. and did not deliver until Sept. 27th. The entire time a had a screaming customer in my ear, angry that they don't have their car, A-1 was feeding me lies that it was in route. After speaking to one one the managers I was assured and promised it would be delivered on the 21st. Well it didn't, and I lost a customer with a 500+ car fleet.
