I contracted A1 Auto Logistics on March 28, 2011 and Adam got my &100.00 deposit and they never moved my car from Florida to Arkansas. So, after 10 business days I wrote to ask them to cancel the contract. During the time I could no longer reach Adam on the phone. In fact, once I reached him he hung the phone.

On Friday, April 8, 2011, I got this "Your Order # 42090 has been cancelled as requested. We sincerely apologize that we were not able to move your vehicle.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.If you are due a refund please allow 3-6 weeks for processing. Sincerely,Adam A1 Auto Logistics Phone: (877) 641-1333 ext-101 or to inquire about the status of your order dial ext-3.Fax: (877) 641-1333"

To date, I have not received my $100.00 deposit. I contacted BBB in Northern Nevada and they wrote them and they have not heard from them. I wish I had checked their BBB reviews and ratings before I contracted them.

I would strongly recommend that no one do business with this company in the future!
