It's day 20 with no response and no useful information.
No one ever answers their phone at your phone number. Emails go unanswered for several days, and the answers are unhelpful.
As far as I can tell, these people are not really in the business of brokering vehicle transportation.
Yes I would like my $100 deposit back.
