Signed a contract for a fixed price, 650.00 including a 95.00 up front broker fee, for standard shipping . When the car was not picked up during the agreed amount of time, tried to contact the company numerous times to find out what the problem was. Finally, when they did answer,they stated they could not deliver the vehicle at that agreed upon contract price, due to an increase in gas prices. I would have had no problem if this would have been explained to me when we signed the contract but it wasn't. And no where in the contract, which I have, is this condition stated. The Communications with this company were horrible, they never answered phone calls or e-mail. I terminated the contract because of poor customer service, and their refusal to honor a contract, and have received no refund to date. My wife had the best comment, if the gas prices would have gone down would we have had a refund coming to us? They could not answer that.
