My contract was for enclosed tow. The carrier showed up with an open trailer. I contacted A1 but could not tresolve the issue as I was on my way to the airport to fly to Europe for 2 weeks. The car was delivered to a friend on the open trailer. Upon return I contacted the broker (A1) to resolve the cost difference ( OPEN vs ENCLOSED) A $200 DIFFERENCE. I was dismissed with a curt " You should have resolved this at pickup" . Not possible as I was flying over the ocean at that time. Once they have your $ , they really don't care!
