This was the first time I had sent an automobile across the country. The company was extremely helpful and in constant communication to coordinate the pickup and delivery displaying a high degree of professionalism. There were a few minor bumps but nothing unexpected, mostly coordination issues and as a first timer I accept responsibility for most. To keep it short. My vehicle, Ford F150, was picked up within an earlier window and delivered on time, within the window, based on the earlier pickup. Communication with the truck driver and Unique Transport Personnel was always available and reassuring. Cat on the East Coast and Nina on the West coast were most helpful in answering questions and coordinating activities I will definitely use them on future moves.
