This claim was made almost a year ago in November of 2007. This customer made a claim regarding damages to the roof of her car, however, we have proof that at the time of delivery my driver had already marked that same exact damage before transport. this means that the damage was already existing prior to our transport. Carol Rice made claim to the BBB about this problem and after we showed proof to the BBB she was rejected, therefore, now she wants to make sure to make more claims for something we didn't do.
