They failed to pick up the car within the time frame they stated. They said 72 hours, I allowed 2 weeks and they still hadn't moved on it. They were rude when I tried to nail them down on a pick up date. After firing them and requesting a refund of my deposit ($145) they promised refund within 30 days, but it's been double that and I still haven't seen it or heard from them. Don't use them!!!!
