O my God! I should have Googled them before, and I usually do. Of course I'm mad like everyone else and am still in the process of waitng to seeif my car will be picked up. I resorted to cussing because I was being yelled at, and they say customer service. Well it is a service to a customer, but what they don't tell you that it is the worst service you could ever ask for. There is a clause in line 10 that says if you wait 14 days after the scheduled pickup date they cannot charge you the administrative fee. Just so you fully understand my fustration, I was yelled at by some loud voiced guy, lied to by some lady about when my car will be picked up, and to top it off they hang up on you after they say to cancel the order now "so I can charge you the administration fee of $250.00". Good luck if you decide to use this company.
