I got this transport broker on referral from a friend who had recently moved. They are rated A+ by the BBB and tout that fact heavily. Only when my job was assigned did I realize they are BROKERS, not the movers, and the company they gave the job to was a company that is rated "F" by the BBB. This second company had mixed reviews online and I had some concerns which I addressed to A Across USA (to Corey); he explained they had worked with the company and had not had any problems. Nevertheless, when I asked if there were problems with the drop off of the vehicle he advised me I would call the moving company, not the broker.
The move turned out fine, and I would use them again, but anyone looking to move a car should understand that transport brokers don't actually move cars, they hook you up with somebody that does - in which case the BBB rating of A+ is really a grade for their ability to pick up the phone and call somebody, not a grade for moving cars.

Almost all the companies on this site are brokers.
