We received Keith's order on 6/29 and he was told that it could take a week to move his car. The following weekend was a 3 day 4th of July weekend when most carriesr do not operate. We were given 5 business days to move the car. Keith now has his car listed with another company and it is still not getting moved. I guess they will get a nice review also. We did refund his deposit immediately once he cancelled. The following information is given to all our customers:
4. There are situations where we are unable to find a carrier to move a vehicle. If for any reason we are unable to schedule your vehicle, any monies that we have received are fully refundable. However, we will continue to schedule it until we are advised otherwise.
