I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this transport. Ryan at Across USA quickly answered every phone and email and was very professional and courteous. My car was sent from New Orleans to South Carolina. It was picked up and delivered door to door. I'd heard many horror stories about auto transport but it was picked up on my first day of choice and was to be delivered 2 days later in SC. It arrived within 18 hours at the destination. The truck driver, Ralph was very professional, courteous and took great care with my car. This was a long flat bed trailer vice a large 18 wheeler that requires a full load so just a suggestion to ASK this company for a driver who does smaller loads- they are faster and more reliable. I will definitely call Ryan at Across USA in the future and have already told several of my military friends about how great the service.
