The reason that I gave the company an excellent review was more for the customer service than the actual transport. I was in a situation where I needed a car transported asap. We spoke with MANY companies, and originally hired National Auto Transport (www.auto-transporter.com). They had a good BBB rating and so I assumed they were honest, but had a bad experience (see review) so we hired USA Auto Transport. They quoted us an expedited price and said that if they could not transport the car within the EXACT(not estimated) time stated, they would refund us the RUSH FEE and only charge the regular price. This company was significantly cheaper than most of the other companies as well. Unfortunately at the time that we needed the car shipped, due to the busy season, there was not the availability for a rush pick up. It took a bit less than 2 weeks to finally find a driver, and he was asking a higher price for the job. We chose to go with the driver due to our situation. Since the price the driver was asking was more than the rush price they quoted us, and it took so long to find a driver, Cory was able to work out a deal where the company paid for a portion of the cost and helped to get us on the truck. Cory was very honest from the beginning as to what he thought the company would be able and not able to do as far as the time and cost went. He was available for every phone call and question, kept us informed as to what was happening every step, and explained what our options were. The truck broker called the day before pickup, was there on time, and delivered the car as promised with everything as it was at pickup. I do not know who they used for a broker, but we were very happy with him as well. He was also polite, and honest. Even though the car was not able to be picked up in the time frame originally quoted, I do not believe that it was due to the lack of the rep trying to schedule the pick up or to any fault of the company. With all of the companies that we got quotes from, it seems to be somewhat of a difficult and shady business, and hard to find someone that was trustworthy. We found USA Auto to be the only one that honestly worked with us, and that we would recommend.
