My Worst Nightmare - Do NOT Use!

Initially I was very excited to be using this company because I wasn't able to drive it due to my pregnancy, it was cheaper than any other transport that I had researched and supposedly covered the insurance of damages, however, I was obviously wrong. I was quoted for my 2011 Mazda 2 from California to Colorado for $625 with an open carrier. Because I'm in the military I had asked if they were able to bring it to Ft. Carson and Ryan, the Auto Transporter contact, stated that they could and within 3-5 days.

Needless to say they were late on the pick-up and didn't call when they were suppose to, never called when they picked it up or en route or when they were late, shattered my rear window and didn't cover it at all, couldn't get on base because the truck driver had no US license and was extremely late on the delivery! I was told on two separate occasions they would deliver it that day and then something came up and they weren't able to deliver it. To try and cover up their tracks they gave me $200 off of my quoted price for the window, however, since it was a brand new car the window was expensive and I paid a $500 deductible on it anyways! So in total I paid $925 for the entire thing and regretted it all! Honestly it would have been cheaper and my car would have still remained in its brand new condition if I would have just drove it myself.

This was the worst experience I could have ever imagined and would not recommend even looking at this site let alone actually use this company.

My worst nightmare is when my company gets blamed for something it had nothing to do with and in fact did not know anything about until this review. This transport was done over 3 months ago. Obviously we wouldn't have a 5 star rating on this site and an A+ rating with the BBB if we did what this lady claims. Her review my be true, but should have been against Auto Shipping LLC.the carrier that caused this problem. The contact that she has listed (Sam) works for them. If I had known there was a problem, I would have done whatever possible to help her out. Jack
