Criminally negligent customer service, promises broken

The most horrible service ever. Every promise made as to timeliness and scheduling was broken -- repeatedly. J. Sprotte, their GM, promised us he'd make up for this as soon as the car was delivered. When we called him for follow-up, he yelled at us and told us to sue him. Repeated calls and emails to customer service were left unreturned. I am suing them for their negligence.
