Firtstly they told me that transport time is 1-2 weeks, so thats what I expected. They picked up my fragile baby Fiat 500 from California 2 weeks late. They brought it to there terminal in CA to let it rot unprotected for 4 more weeks. 49 days later I recieved my summer car after the summer. I sent them a letter of my unsatisfaction and they never replied. The sales people and even customer service don't know what the hell is going on. For your sake if you ever Want your car. Don't use them!!!!

A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. tries to deliver all vehicles within the normal transit time quoted of 7-14 days occasionally we fall short. We issued a credit of $100.00 back to Mr. Cohens’ credit card as a goodwill reimbursement for expenses incurred during the transport. We apologize for any inconvenience Mr. Cohen may have experienced.
