GAVE 7 DAY WINDOW TO SHIP CAR ,1/2 HR BEFORE THEY WERE TO SHOW ON LAST DAY PHONE CALL WE ARE NOT COMMING- BYE-BYE TO AIRFARE, AND PACK THE CAR AND START DRIVING, THEY SUCK. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE CALLED FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK .THEY PRETENDED NOT TO KNOW OUR PROBLEMS EITHER WAY. THATS REALLY SAD- IN CLOSING THEY CHANGED THE PRICE ON THE END OF PICKUP DAYS. ALL THIS CAN BE VERIFIFED W/ EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE.

Mr. Scatterday, We at 1on1 would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience. As per our knowledge the transport of your vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on the agreed upon dates as discussed in your contract. Unfortunately, we did come to find out, the driver had a malfunction on his Hauler and was unable to provide the service for you. As it is a terrible inconvenience for you please understand these things tend to happen from time to time. Please note we will make all efforts to process your order in a timely fashion.
