This company uses unfair trade practices to loure customers into signing contracts for auto transport.I put a car out for bid online to be tranasported from ohio to north carolina.I was called by this company and told they had a driver who would accept the price i had put out to bid.I entered into a contract based on that conversation.The company's representative was named sam m.The car was to be picked up 7 days later.On that day i called to get the drivers number and contact info for delivery,but was then told the car wasn't being picked up because they had no contract with any drivers for that transport.They assured me they were still working on it and that the car would be picked up in the next 48 hours.That to did not happen.So,after trying unseccussfully with this representative to get to the truth he finally said they had never had a driver accept that transport bid and he had made a mistake in telling me so.I ask for a full refund based on that conversation with sam the companys representative.He agreed and sent me the form for release.Now with no services ever rendered by the company 7 star transport.It is fighting my credit card company to get paid for nothing.I have transported severial cars over the years and never had a problem like this.I would tell people to choose wishly and not use this company EVER........

FALSE REVIEW. 7 Star got the order and schedule the carrier - Boundless Auto Connect - to complete the job. Called customer and sent dispatch confirmation w/carriers name and schedule. After, customer called and cancel service, deciding he was to drive car himself.
