7 Star did not charge ANYTHING else than agreed on. Customer was not present at delivery when the CARRIER arrived. Customer had NO ONE to receive car. Carrier took car to storage until customer was ready. CARRIER (not 7 star) charged customer for having to hold and move vehicle to a different location.
