                        UNFAIR review - Customer requested a move on Friday afternoon, (memorial day weekend). Customer was never guaranteed a driver.  Since customer wanted pickup before Tuesday, he was told we would try to find one before memorial day weekend but most likely pick-up would be after the long weekend, No driver was available during memorial day weekend. Only driver available was for 2 days after. Customer decided to cancel order. We cancelled order and gave full refund.
