Shipping family car from California to Ohio

At first I began with another company and gave them a $200 deposit, over a month ahead of my shipping date. When I inquired, about a week before, I started getting the run around. This happen after three more calls to them, and then it became "Bait and Switch" time, and then "I'm not sure we can get our car back there on time at our quoted price."

At this point my non-refundable airline tickets were purchased and I PANICKED. That is when I got on line and found 7 Star Auto Transport, along with three other name. As soon as I told Sonny what my problem was, he calmed me down, assured me that he world do his best to help me, and very shortly afterwards called me back and set up the shipping of my care to Ohio.

While all the above was going one, I guy called, one that I told him that I would not deal with, and he said he saw my name up on the board and he knew I was going to have trouble. He said he would be able, for sure, to get me a truck. He must have called 10 times before I found Sonny and five more after Sonny had me set up and ready to go. He kept promising me a better deal. He was slick and very annoying.

Our deal was completed by George A., wrapping up the details and connecting us to the driver of our truck. We thank you for rescuing our entire vacation.
