Customer has not paid any fees to 7star to move vehicle. Expecting the carrier to pay his storage fees. Carrier responsibility starts from pickup to delivery. We offer expedited service but customer refuses such service. There is a limit to what a carrier can do if customer is unwilling to provide a credit card to guarantee the carrier for his transport.
