7 Star was very reliable. Although they ran late, we didn't mind because we were just happy to get the car. My understanding is that they were late because the delivery before our delivery was held up for 4 hours. If that didn't happen then our delivery would have been on time. The drivers showed up and were very neat in appearance and pleasant.
