7 star auto transport should not be in motorcycle transport business. They give the customer the false advertising and vague policy in order to collect and keep the deposit. They give the customer 10 days pick-up period from the first available date. Within that 10 day period they will assigned a false third party transporter/driver. They will give an approximate date of pick-up and delivery. All dates are approximate, meaning once they assigned a driver within 10 day period, they got your deposit and the driver will call you from 2-24 hours to schedule the pick-up date which can be anytime, anyday, any month. Meaning YOU ARE STUCKED. In my case, the driver called few dates after their approximate date of pick-up (way after that 10 day period policy), and he asked to have my motorcycle at his location not at the pick-up address. They knew I am no longer in the specified pick-up address to ride the motorcycle to the driver location and the people in the pick-up address has no means of riding the motorcycle. So, the pick-up/delivery date, and driver are all imaginaries. In their vague contract, as long they assigned a driver within that 10 day period, they got your deposit. This is how they got my $125.00 deposit, by locking you in within that 10 day period by assigning a driver. After that, all dates are approximation. Because they no intention of fulfilling their obligations, but intention of keeping the deposit. BAD BUSINESS.
