Do not use these people unless you have tons of time to wait and enjoy being lied to. I called 7 star for a quote, talked to Jack and asked if they owned their own trucks which he replied yes. I'll give him the benifit of the doubt and chalk that up to misunderstanding. He told me a specific day, give or take one or two, and I excepted the quote and paid a deposit. When that day came around there was no truck to be seen. I contacted Jack who usually sent me to dispatch, Liz, who told me they had a truck for me tomorrow and that they would call me right back. They never called back, and there wasn't a truck. This went on for 12 days, every day promising me they had a truck the next day and not returning my calls. After waiting for original pick-up date and paying the deposit, I had two options, call someone else, wait another month and try to recover my deposit, or just hope one day what they said would come true. I felt trapped, but they finally found a driver who brought me the vehicle safely, but very very late. (No fault to the driver, he was very quick once the vehicle was picked up)
