This was my first time using an auto transport company and therefore have no other terms of reference. I am however a senior business person having owned and operated a variety of companies. I found the overall approach of the company to be excellent in terms of customer service and satisfaction. The cost was very competitive and the service was superb. The driver was meticulous when he recorded the condition of the vehicle when the vehicle was picked up and delivered. The company accepted a credit card to expedite the delivery and was very timely in the pickup and delivery. In particular Gilbert was very professional and customer oriented. He kept me well informed. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this organization. I will be recommending this organizations to my friends and collegues should they ever need an auto transport service.
