This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any type of company. The car was never delivered and after it was three weeks late. I called Five Star several times and at first I received a voice mail and no one ever returned my calls. The last week the phone would just ring and no one would answer. I tried to go through their web site to track the vehicle but it was down. I contacted the County Sheriff to report the car stolen. The Sheriff located the car in California and it had been sitting there for three weeks accumulating storage fees of $15.00 a day. We had to hire another company to pick up the car and deliver it to Iowa. I ended up paying storage fees plus an additional $1200.00 to get the car shipped to Iowa. I do not recommend Five Star at all and warn you against doping business with them.
