Original driver failed to make the time due to mechanical trouble. Second driver was delayed twice - total delay 4 days.

While both drivers missed pick-up times, Dottie did a great job at getting my car shipped across country. She was quick to canx the first driver and get a second driver at the last minute. She tracked the vehicle and coordinated the drop-off with a 3rd party.

While the second driver was 2 days late, he was very polite and got the car across country very quickly. The car was dropped off in the exact condition it was pick-up in - no issues.
