I had a great experience overall. Dottie was very honest with me which is all you ask for when trusting your vehicle to strangers. Everything didn't go completely smooth but rather then make excuses, responsibility was taken and I was taken care of. When the carrier was late she contacted them and found the new delivery time promptly. Like I said, I don't necessarily expect everything to run smoothly. But if something isn't going right, let me know what's going on, tell me what your going to do to fix it and get the job done. Dottie did all of those things. I would use her services again.
