To whom it may concern, We have a contract signed by the customer. We have proof that her vehicle was dispatched and not only did she book with us but she had also booked with 2 other companies which puts the customer in a a breach of contract. Concerning the supposed fraudulent charges made by an ex-employee, we sure do hope the customer has proof in paperwork about this and that she really did contact her attorney.
