Signed contract on 5/9/11 with a requested pick-up date in Arkansas of 5/17. Car was picked up with about 3 hours notice on 5/19 and properly loaded. Received call from transport Co. on 5/20 that they would be arriving in California at 1700 hr. Calif. time. At 1700 hrs got a call that stated they were a little behind and would be here at 1900 hrs. They showed on time and safely off-loaded my Rambler. No surprises and all contacts w/ 477 and transporter Co. courteous and professional. Maybe I got Lucky, but at this point I would use again because I saved about $200-300.
